Difficult, uncool about things, complicated, picky, unduly demanding or deliberately inconvenient. Can be used for describing both situations and people.

Oh don't be so vegan about it!

She's gone all vegan on me since we had that argument.

I'm tempted to sign up for this but it all sounds a bit vegan - does anyone actually knows how it works?
