When feeling unmotivated one may ask a fellow friend for a Vaughan Rev. A Vaughan rev is achieved by fisting your hand and moving it up and down as if you are revving a motorbike all whilst shouting 'VAUGHAN!!!'. Other names can work too but Vaughan seems to be the most motivational sounding.
Person one: 'I really can't be bothered to go into work today.'
Person two: 'Do you need a Vaughan rev?'
Person one: 'Ohh yes please!'
Person Two: 'Vaughaaaaaaaan!!!!!, how do you feel now?'
Person one: 'I feel much more motivated and ready for work. Thanks!'

They like to wear certain types of clothes. The most popular outfit is: Mid blue denim jeans, beige loafers, a plain white T-shirt and a leather jacket.
