An instance of regional snow and cold weather during a later season than conventionally expected of the area.

Used similarly to the term ‘Indian Summer’.

Ben: “Wow did you see all the snow this morning!? February was weeks ago!”
Jimba: “Must be having a Mongolian winter this year!”
