The Twitter equivalent to "Facebook Fever". It is the urge to check your Twitter everytime you come in contact with a computer.

Two friends are in Best Buy.

Sam: Oh look at those Macs! I wonder if I could use one to check my Twitter.

Hannah: Looks like you got Twitter Tever.
