This is a two-word phrase wherein the words Chump and Chode have been crudely combined to form a very situational insult.
"Yeah, he's been a Chumpy Chode ever since that breakup."
"Dude, don't be such a Chumpy Chode!"
"You're acting like a complete Chumpy Chode bro."
The strange name given to a dutchmans penis as it engages in intercourse with a married woman during breakfast time
"Gave his wife the Dutch breakfast yesterday morning."

A close male friend with culinary talent far surpassing your own.

An individual who spends their time clogging the Urban dictionary vote page with petty and false definitions after their own names, or names of close friends. These are commonly accepted as biased crap, and voted against each due to a lack of context and comedic value. Despite the beliefs of most Cunkers, nobody is perfect; for if they were, they would implode as a result of the laws of science.
1. So many Urb-Cunkers tonight, I might just tab out of urban dictionary for a while.
2. Oh geez, another definition of a specific name and last name, noting that they are completely flawless. That's not obviously desperate whatsoever.
