This sentence became popular during Blac Chyna's show: The Real Blac Chyna
She used it to express anger

Friend: Mr. John just gave you an F!

You: Hold on, Cut the cameras

Friend: No I'm not joking!

(situation 2)
Friend: Haha, I just farted!

You: Ew, Cut the cameras
