Someone who pretty much idolizes another person, obnoxiously following/complimenting/laughing at their jokes which aren't even funny. Usually leaves this person disliked by others for being so damn weird.

Dan: Man, that guy who follows Jim around all the time is weird.

Phil: Who, Ken? Yeah he's Jim's buttmonkey.
