Fear burp

When a woman gets so scared for her life she burps. The b-hole clenched so tight it forces all the air the other way.

Me: We crashed last night!
Friend: oh no! What happened?

Me: I almost hit a deer and my girlfriend fear burped so loud when I looked over to see what hell spawn was summoned in my car i ended up in ditch.
Friend: always beware the fear burp
