Hos ja!

Afrikaans slang used when in agreement, as an acknowledgement or simply as a friendly greeting. Predominantly used in and around Cape Town, and the bigger Western Cape province where it derives from.

Janice: "Great to see you again, Serge."
Sergio: "Hos ja! You too, Janice."
