Gingrich

Gingrich - a physical reaction of the penis when subjected to fear, cold weather or manipulated/tucked in. An euphemism for an extremely small penis or microphallus.

Ex: When leaving the cold waters of the Atlantic, George had noticed that he had a gingrich."
