pulling a jesus is the act of returning to life when people think you died and suddenly they run into you and are surprised to see you alive you say i pulled a jesus
( in reference to jesus christ returning to life 3 days after his crucifiction )

tony : Oh my god you're alive! i thought you died weeks ago!
Ely : oh yes tony i'm quite alive!
tony: that's what i call pulling a jesus !
