A term used by simian liberal partisans on Fark.com to malign conservatives or anyone who criticizes President Obama. It is more or less synonymous with "sore loser", in reference to the landslide Democratic victory in November 2008. (Bizarrely, the implication is that the Democrats anally raped the Republicans.)

Obama critic: "Obama's stimulus package is nothing more than Bush's $700 billion bailout but with Democratic flavoring, and will not actually help the economy. That's not change."
Liberal partisan on Fark.com: "LOL STOP B31NG ALL BUTTHURT!!!!!111"
