Waffler

A waffler is someone who rambles (commonly referred to as waffling) about things that aren't relevant to the situation or conversation. Commonly used within Ireland and the UK.

Chap: So yeah that's why the football is cancelled today.
Waffler: Yeah I'm going to eat some noodles after school.
