It means to screw the shit out of you or if you want to actually get fuck

For example lets just say you turn in an assignment in zoom early but according to your stupid ass teacher, "You have not turn any assignments". So you proceed to mute yourself and turn off your camera and say "fuck you" because he doesn't fucking checking anything right.
