Feeling a large amount of emotion, (ie. love, lust, angry, sad, happy, joy etc.) yet still appears to be tired, sleepy, or just really high.

Boy 1: Are you sure you’re happy? You don’t seem happy.

Girl 1: I am very happy, just stoned with emotion.
