When a person is about to sneeze, instead of covering their face with their hands, they wrap their arms around their head. Thus sneezing into the inside of the elbows. A creative to not germ up your hands, but very over exagerated.
Person 1: Feel how soft my arms are? *sneeze hug*
Person 2: No thanks!
Pretending to "bump fists" and then opening your palm up at the last second to high-five eachother.
Person 1: I just won the lottery!
Person 2: Dude! That's awesome, punch high-five!
*High five*
Person 2: You're too slow, you punched my palm!
