Katy is that girl one girl you know that throws you under the bus at any opportunity she has. She has blonde hair and brown eyes, with an innocent demeanor. Everyone has a Katy in their lives. Everyone loves her but you know she is the meanest, rudest, and especially fake girl you know. If you meet a Katy, run away, you don't know when she will strike you with her rumors and lies.
