A group of children or man-children, that has grown steadily in the last few years who now ingest the mostly useless but highly addictive substance, nicotine through E-cigs rather than traditional combustible cigarettes, as they believe it makes them look trendy and hip, and that it somehow equates to having a personality, when in reality all they are doing is needlessly spending copious amounts of money on devices, and bottles of the same substance that gives OTC cough medicine its viscosity. They then turn it into plumes of fruity aerosol, sure to make any innocent bystanders have a genuine bruh moment.

Person 1: Oh my fucking god, seriously?
Person 2: what is it?
Person 1: There's a bunch of vapers, and we're going to have to walk through their area to get to class.
Person 2: Bruh.

An individual who rides a longboard. Unfortunately many of these individuals use longboards for purposes other than sport, transportation, or general relaxation, who is typically an egocentric douchebag and believe cruising on what is essentially an elongated traditional skateboard, makes their scrotum seem larger than it actually is. However unfortunately because of this many people have a negative preconceived nation about these individuals and will proceed to harass them even if they are using it for a genuine purpose.

Slang for when someone tries to justify a decision they made by giving a superficial meaning to their actions that doesn't make any sense, and/or is typically so transparent it's obvious to see that there was no thought put into said decision.
Person 1: Dude, did you see the new rims on Alex's honda civic? He said he gets like +50 horsepower from them!
Person 2: (laughs hysterically) All he did was waste $800 because he wants to be noticed by someone for once in his life. All those rims are is a mountain with wings.
