Baya

A baya is the male version of Bai. Though in the same job, a baya is much more of a nuisance as they focus on your sports channel more than the work assigned to them. Still, even if you have a baya, just feed them well and they'll do all your work with the phrase- "Ji memsaab!"

My friend works as a baya in our apartment.
