Short for "Pulling a Hormone." It's when an important person in a clan (Mainly a Leader) abandons their clan during a run in to save his/her own pixels.

"Man we're owning Anxiety... Wtf... Hormone just left maze and abandoned his clan... Oh well, more pixels for us!"
