A word commonly used to describe a stupid person who is so dumb they donât really understand what they are doing wrong, just living their life being happy and simultaneously bringing other people joy through their idiocy. Word can also be used to describe a dog doing adorably dumb stuff.

Person 2: haha sheâs such a dingbat!
