A floppy mess but to the extreme. Not to be confused with the Fame Monster. Usually dressed like a frump.

"I look so grungy today. I'm a humongous flop monster!"

A term used to describe someone who:
A) is badly dressed, or
B) has no idea what they're doing and is all over the place.

"Ella, you're a floppy mess in those ridiculous shoes."

"My paper is due in two hours and I can't stop procrastinating. I'm afloppy mess!"
