Buzzing is a technique you can use in multiplayer games. When you know you cant beat you opponent; you instead just annoy him/her through actions such as talking trash, following them around, stealing resources, etc.

EXAMPLE
Joey knew that his level 1 army would never beat Kent's level 6 army; so he just buzzed Kent by following him around and constantly posting his coordinates in World Chat.
