Doughnuts is the act of spinning a motorized vehicle in circles by the propulsion and lack of traction of the rear tires.

Passenger: bro, do you see all this fresh pow’ on the ground?!
Driver: fuckin’ right bud! I’m about to rip some Donnie’s in that empty parking lot over there!

A northerners term for “floor it”. It literally means pinning the throttle wide open on any motorized vehicle.
