If we invert the verbs we get

Man not fucks wife. Thus husband not derives pleasure

So basically being unhappy your wife isn’t cheating on you

If we flip the nouns (assuming not man = woman and not wife = husband)

Women fucks husband. Wife derives pleasure, i.e.

A woman who enjoys seeing her husband get pegged by another woman
