A two-by-two matrix.

Typically the twooby is presented given two axes that are labelled with some quantity that can't be measured and the quadrants are given catchy names. These matrices are then used for important decisions.

To everyone's surprise the consultant revealed another twooby offering a convenient simplification of our issues
