Will is not only a mutton-headed weiner, he is also a ninny fool who has disgusting, blond, mussy hair. He strictly wears a silvery oversized, stalker type of jacket, but on fancy occasions, he will a chain and beret. He is always out of the loop and sits with his dinglehopper loud and proud!
