A person who stans for a flop. Including but not limited to: Britney Spears stans, Christina Aguilera stans, Katy Perry stans, etc.

Person 1: The other day my friend wouldn't stop raving about how good Bionic was- it was crazy.
Person 2: Wow, that person is such a flop enabler.
