A person or thing that has qualities of being a mo-mo mixed with a silly bird like a seagul. Typically utilized as a form of disgust and/or disappoinment.

To be screwed at any moments notice. To procure the impossible within a time constraint that is nearly impossible. To stay late at work because someone with that initial signs the checks.
