Wilky or Willky is to carry out an act of pointless abuse in an attempt to create humour. This attempt subsequently fails miserably and that person looks like a complete moron.
A Wilky can also be a person who has hidden and latent homosexual tendencies which the person cannot admit, but knows they have.
