RDA

1. Recommended Daily Allowance. Refers to some nutritional standard used by the FDA.

2. Raw Dog in the Ass. Refers to anal intercourse without the use of a condom.

1. Most vitamin tablets contain 100% of the RDA of vitamin C.

2. The girl I'm sleeping with contains 100% of my RDA (not right now... I'm typing).

Bonus Usage: Why do they put RDA on cereal boxes!? That's sick!
