A kid who is often spoiled by his or hers parents/parent or guardian/guardians in any way

ex. getting whatever they want, getting money, etc.

“Hey did you hear about the new kid,” Said my friend, “I heard he got the new iPhone -69 Pro Max” “Damn, he must be a spoiled asshole.” I said.
