A belch normally after eating delicatessen food. The combination of pastrami ,pickles and lox. Creates some foul smelling burps

My god your burp smells like momma Goldbergs delicatessen. I think I'm gonna barf. Deli belch is a smelly nasty burp associated with deli food but also food from new Delhi
