Used to mean Original Gangsta or Old Gangsta (when a person has been living in the hood for 30+ years.)
Nowadays It's a quicker way to say Original.

Hell yeah.

Semi-gay

A person who is only gay for one person but is actually straight.

Person1:I'd go gay for Person3 but only for him.
Person2:Dude that's called being semi-gay.
Person3:Huh? Were you guys talking about me?
