Nothing exciting; not good or bad. Often an expression used when something good offsets something bad, and you come out even, i.e. in card games where the points for a hand may split evenly.

Variant of "I'd tap that." With "again" added, it is implied that I've already tapped that before. Almost never plausible.

Person 1: Holy shit, did you see Britney's new video?

Person 2: Yeah... I guess I'd tap that again.
