an internet meme that originated from tiktok. it usually shows a panel from a comic called "Ki Sisters" where a mother gave birth to her daughter, and once it was born, she looks at it and said "queen never cry" the daughter locks tf in and makes a diva face. It gained popularity due to it being so fucking weird and funny. also because of the poor english
