1.the paper ring, usually pulled from behind the toilet, in public restrooms, to situate yer ass on as u drop the deuce.

2.a person who has their head up their ass so it appears to be a hat and/or helmet. also see ass helmet.

1.i had to drop a deuce so bad i forgot to put on the asshat and got herpes on my ass from the toilet seat.

2.george bush is such an asshat.
