Acronym meaning "Not Quite There". A more productive response to the traditional FAIL, meant to encourage further development of something.

Matt: "Wow! Check out my awesome new website!"
Sam: "Looks good, but needs more work"
Matt: "Really?"
Sam "Yeah, it's NQT"
