A term used to convey disbelief. An alternative to the phrase, "yeah, right".

Used mostly in Hawaii.

"I won a million dollars!" said Walter.

"Ahh Cmon!" said Duncan.

and then

A phrase that comes after an ambigous or thoughtless story.

"I was the best point guard in highschool," said John.

"And then?," said David.
