Phrase used (typically by women) when someone just isn't getting the hint that they're not interested.

Him: Want to go out on Wednesday?
Her: Oh, sorry I can't.

Him: What about Thursday then?
Her: I'm just not ready for a relationship
Him: But I'd treat you right.
