It's when you do the stupidest things and when you get confused by like 2 words. Also you call people ding-a-longs or something along those lines. and you speak in a british accent

Kelly: Oh hey you
Me: so what did you think or that exam
Kelly: did u just say what did u plinko of that emu (in british accent)
