Acronym for "too much work" because "TMW" is too hard to say. So "TMA" is used instead. The letter A in the acronym doesn't really stand for anything.

Person 1: Take this big box full of stuff down these 20 flights of stairs

Person 2: Naw, that's TMA. I'll use the elevator.
