cf. Electronics, where lots of exposed wires are just hangin' around everywhere with no reason. Grad students tend to produce ghetto as fuck electronics.

Undergrad: Man, that laser is ghetto as fuck, it's got wires everywhere!
Grad Student: I think it's ok....
Undergrad: No man, look it up, that's pretty much the definition of ghetto as fuck.
