Smoke produced by microwaving an iPod, iPad, iPhone, or any other Apple product.

After I microwaved my iPhone and my iPod Touch, there was so much iSmoke in the kitchen that all the smoke alarms in the house went off.

A toilet that an iPod or iPhone has been dropped into, especially when the device no longer worked after the fact.

Oh crap! I just flushed my iPhone down the iToilet!

In baseball, a lousy pitcher. Comes from "We need a pitcher, not a belly itcher!"

The Detroit Tigers are a great offensive team, but they don't stand much chance of post-season play. They have too many belly itchers.
