A Trini (Trinidad & Tobago, W.I.) colloquialism meaning that someone is a great cook; someone who is talented in the kitchen; someone who makes really tasty food. Like someone who's talented at growing plants is said to have a 'green thumb,' a Trini who cooks really well is said to have a 'sweet hand.'
