Beanjob is a derogatory term used to describe a Mexican, or one of mexican appearance. Similar to how 'Cracker' describes a white person.

Guy 1: Hey Chase lets go to the mall and see a movie or something
Guy 2: Naw, bro the beanjobs over there have overrun the mall.
