A form of sport characterized by exercising the four primary groups of quad muscles in the human body; the quadriceps, quadratus lumborum, quadriceps surae and the quadriceps femoris. Quadrobics actions include running, jumping, trotting, cantering, walking, and less commonly; crouching. Quadrobists do three forms of jumps; short jumps, tall jumps and long jumps.
