A wet rag used to clean your butt. Usually designated as a "dirty jenkins" so the rag will not be used elsewhere.

ex1: Oh no, I ran out of toilet paper and my Dirty Jenkins is in the wash.

I brought my Dirty Jenkins to the festival, so I don't have to wait in line to take a shit.
