derived from the phrase "ya snooze ya looze", couple of stoners were sitting down and mike passed the joint but charlie's reaction was delayed so when he finaly reached out to take the joint, mike had already started smoking it again.

mike takes joint away from charlie and says, "ya sneeze ya leeze!"
