Secretly Not Alright. Usually used to describe someone that doesn't like explaining their feelings or feels a need to keep them a secret. When things are not alright, but no one knows. Kind of like a fake smile.

"What do you mean she's depressed? She's always smiling at school"
"You see her smiling but I know she's SNA."
